Life Partner App lets users create accounts, so users can also request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete From Inside The App

1. Open Life Partner App and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

Delete Without The App

If you no longer have access to the app, email our support team from the email address registered with your account.

Please include the email address or phone number connected to your Life Partner App account so we can verify and process the request.

What Happens When You Delete

Life Partner App uses a 30-day grace period before permanently deleting your data:

• Your profile is hidden immediately from other users.
• Your data is held securely for 30 days.
• If you log back in within 30 days, your account is fully restored.
• After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted — profile, photos, verification submissions, interests, notifications, and user-owned chat media.

Some limited records (e.g., safety logs or legal holds) may be retained beyond 30 days when required by law, for fraud prevention, child safety, or dispute handling.

Timing

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately (30-day hold begins right away). Email deletion requests are normally processed within 7 days of verification.
